It is the inevitable trend of production socialization and opening-up to carry out overseas investment and transnational business. Meanwhile, it is an advanced form of enterprise operations to be involved in the international market. Enterprises participate in multinational operations, through integration of business-related preponderant economic strategic resources (raw materials, technology, brand, marketing, etc.) within global range, could realize the optimal allocation of resources, thereby enhancing their market competitiveness. In this paper, we have researched the specific circumstances of Chinas motorcycle industry and the Jincheng Corporation. Using the methods of case studies, qualitative and quantitative analysis, based on relevant theories of overseas investment, we have discussed the necessity, feasibility and the overall strategy as well as the specific implementation measures of cross-border operations of Jincheng Corporation.
