Mixing can make two or more than two kinds of different substances in each other mutual diffusion, so as to achieve the purpose of mixing. The concrete mixer in the mixing process, through the rotation of the mixing drum, drives the stirring bladeson the sand, cement and other materials are turning cylinder, extrusion mixing operation, to mix the materials fully in the relative strenuous exercise. The main models of this design is a self falling type cone type reverse feeding mixer. It is a small building concrete mixer, self falling type cone type reverse feeding mixer mixing of lightweight aggregate concrete, can make the concrete to achieve strong stirring, mixing uniformity, high productivity, good quality, low cost.It is a relatively new type of mixer, compact structure, beautiful appearance,convenient transportation. The main structure comprises: mixing device, mixing transmission system, feeding mechanism, water supply system, electric control system etc.. The main design content is a self falling type cone type reverse feeding mixer design, overall structure include: the overall structure scheme, the mixing drum shape size determination, motor selection, feeding mechanism design, design of the reducer, coupling and finish the frame assembly diagram and parts diagram. This design mainly through the design of the mixing tube, the choice of motor, the design of the speed reducer, the choice of coupling, to achieve the work stability of mechanical efficiency and better the higher the mixer.
