The article mainly describes the magnetic suction type manipulator design calculation process. Firstly, this paper introduces the role of mechanical hand, composing and classification of the manipulator. The article introduced the magnetic suction type manipulator s design theory and method. The comprehensive exhaustive discussion of the magnetic suction type manipulators hand, the wrist, arm and the main components of the structural design.
