摘 要 直、摆组合凸轮机构是一种新型的机构类型，该机构通过直动从动件凸轮机构与摆动从动件凸轮机构组成联动凸轮机构，能够将主动件的转动转化为从动件上某点沿预期的曲线轨迹并以预期的运动规律运动。而且该机构可以完成非常复杂的曲线运动，如正弦波曲线、内摆线、带停点曲线、人头像及金鱼图像等等。这一功能是单一的凸轮机构所不能实现的。 在对直、摆组合凸轮机构理论分析的基础上,利用计算机辅助设计（CAD）对该机构进行零、部件及总体造型设计，并对直、摆组合凸轮机构进行了软件仿真，以验证机构设计的正确性。 由于直、摆组合凸轮机构所能实现的曲线形式非常丰富，并且可以较为精确的实现从动点按预期的运动规律沿预期的曲线运动。对其进行开发，在机械化、自动化技术中，可以应用在工业生产和自动化生产的很多方面，如：专用图案加工、专用电火花刻线、专用切割机床、电火花加工机床、专用焊接焊切机械手、专用机和测量仪器、行程控制机构以及各类轻工机械等。 关键词：组合凸轮丰田商标轨迹  Abstract Straight, pendulum combined cam mechanism is a new type of organization, the mechanism through the straight moving follower cam mechanism with oscillating follower cam mechanism linkage cam mechanism, can be turned into active parts of follower of a point along the expected curve trajectory and the desired motion law of motion. In its development, mechanization, automation technology, can be used in many ways, industrial production and automation production such as: the special pattern processing, special electric spark line cutting machine tool, special, special electric spark machine, cutting machine, welding special machine and measuring instrument, a stroke control mechanism and all kinds of light industry machinery etc..
