摘 要 花生在加工或作为出口商品时，需要进行剥壳清洗加工。花生在制取油脂时，剥壳的目的是为了提高出油率，提高毛油和饼粕的质量，利于轧胚等后续工序的进行和皮壳的综合利用。 花生脱壳清洗一体机是将花生果去掉外壳而得到花生仁并对花生仁进行清洗的场上作业机械。在对花生进行脱壳的同时，又对花生仁进行简单的清洗。从而既大大的缩短了两者分开独立操作的时间，又提高了工作效率。 在该机器平台上，通过进料口进料，然后花生在完成上述工序后，接下来就是分离清洗操作了，通过花生仁与壳的密度的不同，进而其在水里的浮沉情况也不尽相同。从而即达到了对壳仁的分离作用，又达到了对部分劣质花生仁分离作用，从而达到了对花生仁的简单清洗。最后既是出料工序了，通过特制皮带轮的传送，从而对分离清洗后的花生仁出料的完成。经水的花生不易储存，故该机械用于去壳后立即进行加工处理的场所，如需储存需对花生进行快速干燥。 关键词：脱壳 清洗 分离 传送 Astract Peanuts in the processing or as export goods, need to be shell cleaning processing.
