机床手柄注塑模具设计【毕业论文+CAD图纸全套】.doc

摘要 作为高精度机械加工的一种方法，模具制造业彰显了其重要的地位和作用。注射模具是各种模具当中最典型的一种模具之一。 本文首先对注射模具的现状及发展进行简单的概括。着重论述了弯头管件注射模具以下几方面的的设计内容：1.注塑机的选择；2.浇注系统的设计；3.合模导向机构的设计；4.推出机构的设计；5.冷却系统的设计。 在设计中，根据塑料的品种，塑件的结构和注射模的大小选择了SZ—1600/1400型注塑机；浇注系统采用定位圈与注塑机连接，主流道衬套浇注，圆形分流道以及侧浇口的形式；导向机构选用导柱和直导套配合的形式；推出系统使用了多推杆推出和复位杆复位的形式；文中在定模板和动模板上分别设置了冷却水道。 关键字：注射模,机床手柄,冷却系统,注射机  Abstract As a high accuracy technique of mechanical process, mold manufacturing industry displays its important status and function. Injection mold is one of the most typical molds. We have a simple conclusion about the development of injection mold in this paper. this paper mainly introduces several designing content of oblique three-limb tube as following:1.the choice of injection machine.2.the design of runner system.3.the design of guide mechanism. 4.the design of ejecting system.5.the design of cooling system. According to the kind of plastic, the construction of the plastic part and the size of the die sets, the injection machine of SZ has been chosen. The runner system is applying the form of connection of orientation cycle and injection machine, runner with the sprue bush, semicircle runner and the form of side gate. The guide mechanism is using the cooperation of guide pillars and guide bushes.The ejecting system is using pin to eject and using release pin to reposite. In this paper we locate the cooling channels both in the fixed die and the moving die. In the design of core system we use the form of hydraulic pressure to pull the core and use the wedge block to compact the mould.
