基于Solidworks的齿轮泵毕业设计【毕业论文+CAD图纸全套】.doc

摘 要 本设计运用三位机械设计软件Solidworks设计了一台齿轮泵，设计过程展现了Solidworks方便的全相关性和独特优势。本设计建立了齿轮泵各零件的实体模型并完成了虚拟装配。对装配体进行了详尽的干涉检查，添加了爆炸配置，之后制作了完整的动画，通过动画形象地模拟了装配和运动过程。模型建立之后，进行了泵的各零件的力学校核。最后讨论了齿轮泵的流量脉动和闭死容积，初步确定了卸荷槽的尺寸。 关键词：Solidworks,实体模型，虚拟装配，强度校核 Abstract In this paper a gear pump has been designed by the use of Solidworks which is a three dimensional machine design software.
