排气挤出机设计【毕业论文+CAD图纸全套】.doc

摘 要 当今社会，塑料已广泛应用于各个领域。在21世纪，塑料材料及塑料加工行业将得到更快的发展；而挤出机是生产塑料制品的主要途径之一。排气挤出机是在传统挤出机的基础上发展来的特殊机型。 本论文主要讨论了PQJCJ型排气挤出机的设计问题。在设计过程中，根据机器的理论挤出量，首先制定机器设计总体方案，而后进行主机部分的设计，这里包括挤压系统和传动系统以及加热冷却系统。挤压系统设计包括：螺杆，机筒的设计和校核；传动系统是是本次设计的基础，它的设计包括电机选择，确定传动比，和传动件参数的验算及校核。（轴的弯曲钢度，齿轮的模数验算，轴承的寿命计算等）。 然后是辅机部分的设计，这部分包括料斗，分流板，排气口等的设计。根据欲求产量和技术经济等要求设计合理的材质和尺寸。所有图纸采用AutoCAD2007软件完成。到此，本次设计全部结束。 关键词： 排气挤出；挤压系统；传动系统；验算校核。 Abstract In present society,the plastic is already applied to in every field extensivly.In 21 century,the profession of plastic-material and plastic-processing will develop promptly,and the squeezing machine is the mainly method of the plastic-product,the venting and squeezing machine Exhaust extruder is the special type that develops in traditional extruder.
