摘 要 双横臂式独立悬架是常见的悬架形式之一,在汽车领域有着广泛的应用,要求具有稳定的可靠性。其突出优点是在于设计的灵活性,可以通过合理选择空间导向杆系的接触点的位置及控制臂的长度,使得悬架具有合理的运动特性。本设计2.0L越野车车型进行双横臂式悬架的设计,利用平面作图法和平面解析法对悬架的上、下横臂的尺寸和空间布局进行设计,计算选用双同时减震器和螺旋弹簧匹配悬架系统,保证轮胎的几何定位参数在各种悬架的摆动情况下都符合汽车行驶的要求,反复核算以保证在各种形式条件下获得最佳平顺性和操作稳定性。 关键字:双横臂式独立悬架;越野车;螺旋弹簧;双筒式减震器 Abstract Double wishbone independent suspension is a common form of suspension in the automotive sector has a wide range of applications, requires a stable reliability.
