With the bi-colour plastic key as an example,the technical requirement,structure chatacteristics working process and main design is put on the design point of the injection mould for bi-colour plastric are amalyzde. The emplhasis is put on the design of the feeding system. The structure characteristics of the injection mould for bi-colour chain is the border upon chain is connected with each other . This design tries hard to design one product of simply structure, strong serviceability, and easy to operate. In the process, according to the nationality in machine design standard, we were strictly executing the standard in part design, assembly and so on. Following the concept of high efficiency ,excellent quality ,low cost，and try to send the chain into thousands of families. Aslo the data is related to this design :mechanism design、ploymer molding technics、coloured metal materials molding technics and so on. In this text, I will mainly describe the Design of the injection mould for plastic products of the infinitely long chain. At first , I will introduce the structure characteristic, the material to choose and the capability of the material of them ,explaining the reason to choose the material. The second, I will describe the structure design of the injection mould for infinitely long plastic chain. At last, I will introduce the calculation design of the injection mould for infinitely long plastic chain. At the suABSlement, I will introduce in a nutshell the probation and fixing of the mould.
