双作用液压缸及主件工艺和工装设计【毕业论文+CAD图纸全套】.doc

摘 要 双作用液压缸是一种典型的液压缸类型，常用于工程机械以及车辆中。本文根据双作用液压缸的额定压强、输出推力及拉力、推进速度和活塞的最大行程计算液压缸的主要参数。并且基于液压缸采用耳环安装这一特点，在限定的安装距离内使液压缸的结构紧凑、便于拆装。 由于安装距离的限制，对缸尾耳环安装精度的要求较高，所以本文对缸尾进行了工艺计算和分析。因为缸尾的结构较复杂，运用一般通用夹具难以达到定位的精度要求，所以本文设计了缸尾专用的车床夹具，保证在装夹工件时能快速定位并且达到定位精度要求。 由于本文中液压缸筒有中心通孔且属于深孔加工，又对缸筒内壁的表面质量要求较高，所以通常用无缝钢管在深孔镗床上镗孔后进行衍磨或滚压加工而成。一般需经过粗镗、精镗、衍磨（或滚压）3个工序进行加工，生产周期长，效率低，且深孔镗床的运用提高了生产成本。所以本文对缸筒进行了工艺计算和分析。设计了专用的滚压头，可以将精镗、滚压一次完成，提高了生产效率。并且本文设计了专用的滚压夹持器，可以在改装后的C6163(C630)车床上使用，完成深孔加工，降低了生产成本。 关键词：双作用液压缸，工艺，车床夹具，滚压夹持器，设计 ABSTRACT Two direction hydraulic cylinder is a kind of typical Hydraulic cylinder, it is often used in engineering machinery and vehicles.In this thesis, main parameters of two direction hydraulic cylinder is calculated by rated pressure, export thrust and tension, advancing speed, and the maximum stroke of the piston.And based on the installation method of the two direction hydraulic cylinder,the structure of it needs to be compact and can be removed conveniently. Due to the limit of the installation distance, it requires cylinder tail has high assembling accuracy, so in this thesis, the process of manufacturing is calculated and analysed.Because of the complex structure of the cylinder tail, it is hard to be positioned by common fixture,so in this thesis, a special lathe fixture which can position the workpiece quickly and can achieve the requirement is designed. In this thesis, cylinder tube of the two direction hydraulic cylinder has through-hole, and it belongs to deep hole working,and the inwall surface of the cylinder tube needs to have high quality, so generally it uses seamless steel tube to be processed in the deep hole boring machine.In ordinary,it needs three processes which have long cycle and low efficiency,and the deep hole boring machine will raise the production cost.In this thesis, a rolling tool which can finish the fine boring and roll extrusion in one process improves the production efficiency.And that a special fixture in this thesis which
