毕业设计（论文） 说明书 论文名称： 黄粉虫蛋白质的研究及其利用 地 市： 平顶山市 准 考 证 号： 041112100262 姓 名： 赵姣姣 学 科 专 业： 食品科学与工程 指 导 教 师： 纠 敏 河南省高等教育自学考试 2013年6月 黄粉虫蛋白质的研究及其利用 摘 要 蛋白质是生命的物质基础，没有蛋白质就没有生命。它是与生命与各种形式的生命活动紧密联系在一起的物质。黄粉虫富含蛋白质、脂肪和多糖等有机大分子营养物质，还富含磷、钾、铁、纳、铝等多种微量元素。而且黄粉虫还被称为高蛋白昆虫，也是全营养食品，它的蛋白质是较理想的人类食用蛋白质。经过研究实践和前人的经验，黄粉虫不仅可做各类药用动物、宠物和珍禽的优良饲料，而且经过特殊加工后，可做人类的食品原料及保健品、化妆品的原料。根据这些研究成果，本文详细介绍了黄粉虫蛋白质的生物学特性、检测方法、加工方法、安全毒理和应用等研究现状，并对黄粉虫蛋白质的开发和利用做出了一些总结。总体说明了黄粉虫具备了作为最值得开发利用的昆虫产业之一。 关键词：高蛋白质黄粉虫全营养开发 Research and Utilization of Tenebrio Molitor Protein ABSTRACT Protein is the material basis of life, no protein, no life. It is with life with various forms of life activities closely together.
