到底该如何翻译汉语中的“酸”？ 在中国对外翻译出版公司出版的《翻译茶座》（14）中，谈到关于汉语“酸”翻译的争论。有人认为应翻译成“pain”，但到底对否，就请了一位英国教师，让针灸医生摁某些感觉“酸”的穴位，然后问她的感觉，她把多次感觉都说成是”pain”，这样“酸”的译法就确定下来。 由此，“腰酸背痛”即可以翻译成： have a pain in the back 所以，汉语的“酸”是有深层的含义，不能简单地翻译为“sour”，更不可将“酸痛”翻译成“sour pain”。请试译： 1. 眼睛酸痛 2.牙齿有点酸 3.胳膊酸痛 1.
