江苏省农村居民就业结构差异性分析 　　摘 要：为准确把握江苏省不同收入水平和不同地区农村居民就业结构特征及差异性，运用对应分析方法对2014年江苏省不同收入水平、不同地区农村居民就业结构数据进行实证分析。结果表明，不同收入水平、不同地区的农村居民在就业结构上具有较大差异。低收入农户与农林牧渔业就业关系密切；中低收入和中等收入农户与建筑业就业关系相对密切；中高收入农户与工业和其他非农产业就业关系密切；高收入农户与住宿餐饮、交通运输、批发零售等三产行业就业关系密切。苏北地区农村居民就业与农林牧渔业关系密切；苏中地区农村居民在建筑业和第三产业从业人员比重相对较高；苏南地区农村居民就业与工业关系密切，其在工业行业内就业人员比重相对较大。在此基础上，提出了加快农村劳动力向非农产业转移，促进江苏农村居民持续增收的对策建议。 　　关键词：农村居民；就业结构；收入水平；对应分析；江苏省 　　中图分类号：F241.4 文献标识码：A DOI 编码：10.3969/j.issn.1006-6500.2016.11.019 　　Abstract： To grasp exactly the characteristics and disparity of employment structure of different income level and different regions rural residents of Jiangsu Province， using correspondence analysis， the disposable employment structure of different income level and different regions rural residents of Jiangsu Province in 2014 was empirical analyzed. The results showed that there was the difference in the employment structure of different income level and different regions rural residents. Low-income rural residents job was closely related to farming， forestry， animal husbandry and fishery employment； low-and middle-income and middle-income rural residents job was closely related to building industry employment； high-and middle-income rural residents job was closely related to industry and other non-agricultural industries employment； high income rural residents job was closely related to lodging and catering， transportation， wholesale and retail， and other aspects of tertiary industry. The rural residents employment in Northern Jiangsu was closely related to farming， forestry， animal husbandry and fishery； the proportion of rural residents employment of building industry and tertiary industry was relatively higher in Central Jiangsu Region； the rural residents employment in South Jiangsu was closely related to industry， its proportion of employment of industry was relatively higher.
