学习目标:使学生懂得状语从句的定义,句法功能,分类,词,及各类状语从句的用法,联系高考试题提高学生分析和解决问题的能力。 重点难点:连词的正确选择 学习方法:自主学习讲义内容,独立完成题目并且小组讨论达标练习和巩固练习。 概念及分类状语是用来修饰动词、形容词、副词或整个句子的。 可做状语的词类和形式:主要由副词担任。此外,形容词、介词短语、名词词组、动词不定式短语、分词短语及状语从句都可以作状语名词作状语 The heavy rain lasted 3 days. 形容词作状语 Surprised and excited, he rushed out of the classroom. 副词作状语 We all work hard. 介词短语作状语 Don’t read books in the sun. 不定式作状语 He works hard to pass the exam. 分词作状语 Seeing my teachers are busy, I can’t help working hard. 状语从句 I.用来整个句子叫做状语从句。 II.状语从句可分为:1.时间状语从句;2.地点状语从句;3.原因状语从句; 4.条件状语从句;5.目的状语从句;6.让步状语从句; 7.比较状语从句; 8.方式状语从句;9.结果状语从句。 其中时间状语从句、条件状语从句和让步状语从句前面已经详细讲过,在此不作详细说明。 原因状语从句连接词有__________------Why were you absent from the meeting? ------Because I was ill. 2.As it is raining, we shall not go to the park. 3.Now that/Since everybody is here, let’s begin our class. 注意:for,并列连词,也可表示原因,起补充说明的作用。 It must have rained last night, for it is wet all over. 目的状语从词有___________________________________________ I will speak slowly ____________ you can understand me. 2. ___________ we might see the sunrise, we started for the peak early. 结果状语词_______________________________________________ 1.He earned so little money that he couldn’t support his family. 2.So clever a student was he that he was able to work out the difficult problem. 用so 或such填空He is ________smart a boy that I like him very much. 4.Can you believe that in ______ a rich country there should be ________ many poor people? 思考:下面such…as结构中,as 引导的是什么从句?Please wear such a dress as you did yesterday.( ) 方式状语从句词有_____________________________________________ Do as you are told to, or you will be fired. 2.The old lady treats the boy as if he were her own son. as if 或 as through 引导的从句有时需要用________语气。 :在时间状语从句,让步,条件及方式状语从句中,当主句的主语和从句的主语一致,并且谓语动词中有be动词的时候,从句中的主语和动词省略。 比较状语从句 连接词有______________________________________________________ Tom is as old as his brother (is). 2.He studies harder than we expect. 注意:than为从属连词,引导比较状语从句,因此后面跟人称代词的主格形式,谓语动词通常省略。than 做介词,则可以跟人称代词的宾格。
