Project Content and Construction Scale The project will establish a BOPET workshop and the auxiliary house with the area of about 2,253 m2; purchase a BOPET production line from abroad, the auxiliary equipments as storage bin, conveyor, and grinder and so on. The annual production capacity will be 20,000 tons of BOPET. Ⅲ. Project Construction Conditions With the rapid development of the global LCD industry, mainland China has gradually become the constrated production place for the liquid crystal panel. The production capacity in mainland China in 2012 increased by 6.4 times than that in 2009 and coverd 27% of the global production capacity. At present, the BOPET products, especially the top grade BOPET products of the domestic and international market are mainly from the companies abroad. Toray and Mitsubishi of Japan and SKC of South Korea almost monopolized the BOPET market. It’s a great urgency to develop BOPET project in Heze Economic Development Zone. Ⅳ. Total Investment The total investment capital of the project will be 70 million US dollars. Ⅴ. Economic Benefit Forecast Analysis After the project has been put into production, the annual sales income will be ￥50.4 billion Yuan and the profit and tax will be ￥120 million Yuan. Ⅵ.
