增值贸易统计法下的中国对外贸易实况分析 徐松，葛学杰 （安徽财经大学国际经济贸易学院 安徽蚌埠，233030） 摘要：在全球化价值链背景下，传统贸易统计方法重复计算中间产品贸易，夸大了全球贸易额，因此研究新的贸易统计方法势在必行。OECD和WTO与其它国际研究机构构建了增值贸易统计法，通过计算贸易产品的增值来反映真实的贸易额。该方法分解了贸易增值的来源，有效的反映了全球化价值链中增值的地理分布。本文将首先阐述增值贸易统计法对传统贸易统计法的修正，并在对OECD贸易增值数据库剖析的基础上，分析增值贸易统计法所带来的经济影响。通过对比两种统计方法，剖析增值统计法下中国的对外贸易的实况。 关键词：增值统计法；OECD；数据库；贸易实况 The Fact of Chinese Value-added Foreign Trade XU Song, GE Xue-jie (School of International Business and Economics, Anhui University of Finance and Economics, Bengbu China 233030 ) Abstracts: With global value chain, the conventional statistical method of international trade always calculate the trade of intermediate inputs repeatedly, which exaggerates the global trade volume. Thus it is necessary to find out a new method to calculate real volume of trade. WTO, OECD and other research organizations have built up a new method, that is, the statistical method for trade in value-added, which can reflect the real volume of international trade and show where the trade in value-added comes from in the global value chain. This paper first modifies the conventional trade statistical method. Then it introduces the OECD data base for international trade in value-added and analyzes the economic influence of the trade in value-added. Finally, it utilizes the conventional and new methods to analyze Chinese foreign trade, makes a comparison, and shows the true face of Chinese foreign trade volume.
