The first part is the emotional problems of contemporary college students, in which specific lists four problems. These four problems mainly exist in the students, there is a very wide range, great harm. The second part is the reason analysis, corresponding to the four problems were analyzed from four aspects. Including the heroism of the ideological impact, family, school educational administration and lack of self understanding can not keep up. The four problem, four kinds of reasons. The last part focuses on the corresponding solutions of four problems. To improve the consciousness of self, family, school culture is more efforts and treat foreign ideas to the right attitude in the Eq. This paper analyzes the problems and causes of contemporary college students EQ, and discusses how to cultivate college students a high level of emotional intelligence.
