休闲农业与农村剩余劳动力就业问题 --以皖北地区为例 摘要：皖北地区主要包括阜阳、淮南、淮北、蚌埠、亳州、宿州六个淮河流域的城市，国土面积约占安徽省的三分之一，总人口约占安徽省的一半，是中原及江淮经济区的重要构成。全区八成以上是农业人口，农业一直是支柱产业。然而受到传统经济结构的影响，该地区的经济比重不到安徽省的百分之四十，且农村剩余劳动力数量大、素质偏低、转移难度大，在一定程度上制约了该地区的发展。休闲农业兼具农业经济和旅游经济的双重特征，可为农村剩余劳动力提供广阔的就业门路。 关键词：休闲农业 农村剩余劳动力 皖北地区 The employment problem of agriculture and rural surplus labor and leisure -- In Wanbei area as an example Abstract: the northern area including Fuyang, Huainan, Huaibei, Bengbu, Bozhou, Suzhou six city land area of Huaihe basin, Anhui province accounted for about 1/3 of the total population, accounted for about half of Anhui Province, is an important component of the Central Plains and the Yangtze Economic zone.
