Our Big Goal College Readiness What Happens After Graduation? Where do you want to be in the fall of 2013, two years from now? Where do you want to be ten years from now? Only 32% of all students leave high school qualified to attend four-year colleges. More than 60% of community college students are not ready for college-level work. Last year, less than 50% of CSU students were considered college-ready in English.  Only 37% of Latino CSU students were college-ready. The Achievement Gap The Achievement Gap In 2009, a record number of Latino students took the ACT, a four-part test that measures college readiness in English, math, reading, and science.
