VMW437系泊及试航试验大纲 VMW437 PROGRAM OF DOCK TRIALS AND SEA TRIALS 第142 页 共 165页 序号 试验项目：航行试验 NO.： 4.0 TEST ITEM：SEA TRIALS 4.0.1海上试航所涉及的机电设备须先行在码头试车结束。 Sea trials of the ship are to be carried out after termination of dock trials of machinery and electric equipment which are to be tested at sea. 0.2试航前，设计部门根据船模压载状况，制定试航压载状态：艏吃水 约3.2米 ，艉吃水 约5.2米 ，并把试航的稳性计算提交GL船级社认可。 Detail ballast condition should be supplied by design department before sea trial acc. to that of ship model: fore draught about 3.2 m, aft-draught about 5.2m, and the stability calculation of sea trial should be handed over to GL Classification for approval. 0.3姊妹船的试航压载状态也将根据首制船认可资料进行配载。 Ballast condition of sea trial for sister vessels will be acc. to the approved data for first vessel. 0.4该船的试航应在现场验船师对试航船舶进行全面检查后，确认该船符合试航条件时方可 进行。 Sea trial of this vessel should be carried out after site surveyor has fully inspected the vessel and confirmed that it meets sea trial condition. 0.5航行试验时，对于船上的设备都进行振动检查。 Machinery vibration should be checked for all equipment on board during sea trials.
