InterTan髓内钉内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床观察 　　【摘要】 目的：分析InterTan髓内钉内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折临床效果。方法：研究对象为2014年 　　1月-2015年6月本院收治的150例股骨粗隆间骨折患者，根据入院就诊先后顺序编号将其随机分为DHS组、PFNA组和InterTan组，每组50例。DHS组患者施行动力髋关节螺钉（DHS）内固定手术，PFNA组患者施行股骨近端防旋髓内钉（PFNA）内固定手术，InterTan组施行InterTan髓内钉内固定手术。对三组患者的手术平均用时、下地行走时间、术后骨折平均愈合时间、术中出血情况、术后引流情况、髋关节功能优良率和术后并发症情况进行对比。结果：与DHS组、PFNA组比较，InterTan组的手术平均用时、下地行走时间、术后骨折平均愈合时间均明显缩短，术中出血量和术后引流量均明显减少，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。InterTan组的并发症发生率为2.0%，明显低于DHS组和PFNA组的18.0%和16.0%，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：股骨粗隆间骨折采用DHS、PFNA和InterTan内固定治疗均具有一定的效果，有助于髋关节功能的改善。但相对于DHS、PFNA来说，InterTan髓内钉内固定手术更为简便、有微创性，患者术后恢复快，值得推广，该内固定方法较为理想，尤其适合老年合并症较多、合并骨质疏松的患者。 　　【关键词】 InterTan髓内钉内固定； 股骨粗隆间骨折； 临床效果 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of InterTan intramedullary nail fixation for the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture.Method：150 patients with intertrochanteric fracture admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to June 2015 were selected as the research objects，and they were randomly divided into the DHS group，the PFNA group and InterTan group according to the hospital to see a doctor order numbers，50 cases in each group.The DHS group was treated with dynamic hip screw （DHS） internal fixation surgery，the PFNA group was treated with proximal femur prevent rotation intramedullary nailing（PFNA） internal fixation surgery，the InterTan group was treated with InterTan intramedullary nail fixation surgery.The average operation time，average walk time，postoperative fracture healing time，intraoperative bleeding and postoperative drainage situation，excellent rate of hip joint function and postoperative complications of the three group were compared.Result：Compared with DHS group and PFNA group，the average operation time，average walk time and postoperative fracture healing time of the InterTan group were significantly shorter，the intraoperative bleeding and postoperative drainage volume were significantly fewer，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.And the incidence of postoperative complicatio
