健康教育和护理干预对儿童膝关节暂时性滑膜炎综合治疗效果的影响 　　【摘要】 目的：研究健康教育和护理干预对儿童膝关节暂时性滑膜炎综合治疗效果的影响。方法：选取2014年1月-2015年5月本院收治的20例膝关节暂时性滑膜炎患儿作为观察组，选取2012年 　　10月-2013年10月本院收治的20例膝关节暂时性滑膜炎患儿作为对照组。对照组采用传统临床护理模式，观察组给予健康教育和综合护理干预，记录治疗及护理过程中患儿的住院时间和术后并发症的发生情况，并于治疗及护理结束后采用调查问卷的形式对患儿的满意情况进行调查统计。结果：治疗后，观察组患儿平均住院时间、并发症发生率及满意率均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：针对儿童膝关节暂时性滑膜炎患儿对其进行一定程度的健康教育和合理的综合护理干预对其整体的治疗效果有着非常重要的推动意义，能够有效缓解其疼痛感，减少并发症的发生，值得推广使用。 　　【关键词】 健康教育； 护理干预； 儿童膝关节暂时性滑膜炎； 综合治疗效果 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study the effect of health education and nursing intervention for children with transient synovitis of knee joint comprehensive treatment.Method：From January 2014 to May 2015，20 cases of transient synovitis of knee joint for children in our hospital were selected as the observation group，and 20 cases of transient synovitis of knee joint for children in our hospital from October 2012 to October 2013 in our hospital were selected as the control group.The control group was given traditional clinical nursing mode and the observation group was given health education and comprehensive nursing intervention，the duration of hospitalization and the occurrence of postoperative complications in the treatment and nursing process were recorded，patient satisfaction survey statistics were used by survey questionnaire in the treatment and after nursing.Result：After treatment，the average duration of hospitalization，incidence of complications and satisfaction rate in the observation group were better than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：According to the knee joint in children temporarily in patients with synovitis for a certain degree of health education and rational comprehensive nursing intervention for the overall treatment effect is a very important impetus significance，can effectively relieve the pain and reduce complications，which is worthy of popularization and application. 　　【Key words】 Health education； Nursing intervention； Children with transient
