儿童计划免疫查漏补种措施对提高接种率的影响 　　[摘要]目的 研究并探讨儿童计划免疫查漏补种措施对提高接种率的影响。方法 选取2015年1～12月深圳市松岗街道的0～14岁外来流动儿童作为研究对象，共306例，将其设置为观察组，对该组儿童实施新型的计划免疫查漏补种措施，即卫生部门、医院、房屋租赁所三方合作查漏补种措施；另选取2014年1～12月深圳市松岗街道的298例0～14岁外来流动儿童，将其设置为对照组，对该组儿童实施常规查漏补种措施。比较两组儿童的建证率、建卡率、各类疫苗的接种率。结果 观察组的建证率、建卡率分别为99.67%、98.37%，较对照组的84.23%、82.55%，均明显更高（P0.05）。两组儿童卡介苗、乙肝疫苗、麻疹疫苗、脊髓灰质炎疫苗、百日破、乙脑疫苗等疫苗的接种率比较，观察组均明显更高，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 在外来流动儿童中采取卫生部门、医院、房屋租赁所三方合作的计划免疫查漏补种措施，可有效提高儿童的计划免疫接种率，有利于减少传染性疾病在儿童人群中的传播。 　　[关键词]儿童；外来流动人口；计划免疫；查漏补种 　　[中图分类号] R186 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）10（c）-0176-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To study and explore the influence of children′s immunization leak replant measures on improving immunization vaccination rate.Methods From January to December 2015，0 to 14 years old immigrated children in Shenzhen Songgang street were selected as the object of study，a total of 306 cases of children were set as the observation group，and the children were implemented a model of planned immunization leak replanting measures including the health departments，hospitals，housing leasing tripartite cooperation leak replanting measures.From January to December 2014，298 cases of 0-14 years old immigrated children in Shenzhen Songgang street were selected and set as the control group，the group implemented conventional leak replanting measures.The building permits rate，cards rate and vaccination rate were compared between two groups.Results The building permit rate，cards rate of the observation group was 99.67%， 98.37%，compared with 84.23%，82.55% of the control group，which was significantly higher （P0.05）.The vaccination rate of BCG，hepatitis B vaccine，measles vaccine，poliomyelitis vaccine，the 100 day break，Japanese encephalitis vaccine between two groups in the observation group was significantly higher，and the difference had statistical significance （P0.05）.Conclusion In immigrated children taken health departments，hospitals，housing leasing tripartite cooperation program on immunization of leak replanting measur
