协同护理模式对乳腺癌根治术患者生活质量和并发症的影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨协同护理模式对乳腺癌根治术患者生活质量和并发症的影响。 方法 分析2014年6月～2015年10月延安市人民医院120急救站收治的100例乳腺癌根治术患者的临床资料，依据护理模式不同进行分组，常规护理组（50例）和协同护理模式组（50例）。观察两组乳腺癌根治术患者术后水平前屈、水平后屈、外展功能和旋转功能的角度情况、术后状态、心理状态、社会功能状态和主观判断评分情况、术后并发症发生率和术后满意度。 结果 协同护理模式组乳腺癌根治术患者水平前屈、水平后屈、外展功能和旋转功能角度、生理状态、心理状态、社会功能状态和主观判断评分均高于常规护理组，差异均有统计学意义（P 0.05）。术后并发症发生率均低于常规护理组，协同护理模式组乳腺癌根治术患者总体效果、术后乳房形态、乳房大小、预期效果及术后乳房感觉满意度均高于常规护理组，差异均有统计学意义（P 0.05）。 结论 协同护理模式可以改善乳腺癌根治术患者的肢体功能和生活质量，减少术后并发症发生，提高患者满意度，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 协同护理模式；乳腺癌根治术；生活质量；并发症 　　[中图分类号] R473.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2016）07（a）-0177-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To approach influence of collaborative care model on the living quality and complication of patients with radical mastectomy. Methods Clinical data of 100 patients cases with radical mastectomy in 120 First-aid Station of the People Hospital of Yanan City from June 2014 to October 2015 were analyzed， they were divided into two groups by different nursing model： routine nursing group （50 cases） and collaborative care model group （50 cases）. The angle of horizontal proneness， horizontal retroflexion， outreach function and rotation function， the score of postoperative state， psychological state， social function state and subjective judgment， postoperative complications rate and satisfaction of patients after operation in the two groups were detected. Results The angle of horizontal proneness， horizontal retroflexion， outreach function and rotation function， the score of postoperative state， psychological state， social function state and subjective judgment of patients in the collaborative care model group were higher than routine nursing group， the differences were statistical significance （P 0.05）.
