子宫内膜活检在异常子宫出血中的诊断效果 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨在诊断异常子宫出血患者中应用子宫内膜活检的临床效果。 方法 随机选取该院妇科2013年3月―2015年3月收治的异常子宫出血患者120例作为研究对象，所有患者均行子宫内膜活检，探讨其诊断效果。 结果 120例患者接受子宫内膜活检后发现19.2%为子宫器质性疾病，其中21.7%流产，17.4%为慢性子宫内膜炎，8.7%为宫体腺癌，52.2%为子宫内膜息肉；40.8%为激素水平失调后导致的子宫内膜功能性改变，其中59.2%为子宫内膜单纯性增生，10.2%为子宫内膜分泌欠佳，14.3%为复杂性增生，6.1%为子宫内膜分泌反应不同步，10.2%为子宫内膜呈不规则脱卸样改变。40.0%为正常月经周期各期子宫内膜，其中31.3%为分泌期内膜，56.3%为增生期，12.5%为月经期。 结论 在异常子宫出血中应用子宫内膜活检诊断临床效果明显，可显著提升子宫内膜病变诊断率，便于及时诊治，临床价值高，值得推广。 　　[关键词] 子宫内膜活检；异常子宫出血；诊断效果 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）02（a）-0176-03 　　Diagnostic Effect of Endometrial Biopsy in Abnormal Uterine Bleeding 　　XING Zhi-yan 　　Obstetrics and Gynecology Department， Chifeng reproductive health special hospital， Chifeng， Inner Mongolia， 024000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the clinical effect of the application of endometrial biopsy in the diagnosis of abnormal uterine bleeding.
