胸腔镜辅助行腋下小切口治疗老年自发性气胸的效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 比较传统外侧切口与胸腔镜辅助行腋下小切口治疗老年自发性气胸的效果，为临床提供参考。 方法 2013年2月～2015年4月，将68例老年自发性气胸患者随机分成两组，对照组采用传统外侧切口治疗，实验组采用胸腔镜辅助行腋下小切口治疗，比较两组组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛耐受率及胸腔引流管放置时间等。 结果 实验组的手术时间短于对照组，术中出血量少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 胸腔镜辅助行腋下小切口治疗老年自发性气胸，效果良好，手术操作方便，可缩短手术时间，减少出血量，减轻患者的疼痛，加速其术后恢复，同时并未增加住院费用，减小患者的经济压力，值得各位同道参考应用。 　　[关键词] 自发性气胸；胸腔镜；腋下小切口 　　[中图分类号] R561.4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）02（a）-0050-04 　　Effect analysis of thoracoscope assisted transaxilary minithoracotomy treating senile spontaneous pneumothorax 　　ZHANG Cheng1 WANG Hai-bo2 　　1.Department of Thoracic Surgery，the Second Hospital of Fushun City in Liaoning Province，Fushun 113001，China；2.Department of General Surgery，the Second Hospital of Fushun City in Liaoning Province，Fushun 113001，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To compare the effect of conventional lateral incision and thoracoscope assisted transaxilary minithoracotomy treating senile spontaneous pneumothorax，and to provide reference for clinic.
