脑血管意外患者的院前急救护理分析 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨对脑血管意外患者实施院前急救护理后的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析2013年5月-2015年5月笔者所在医院急救中心实施院前急救护理的126例脑血管意外患者，设为观察组，另取同时期的126例由家属或他人送入笔者所在医院急救中心的126例脑血管意外患者，设为对照组，对比两组患者的安全转移到医院以及途中死亡率。结果：对照组患者中83例安全送入医院，19例途中病情加重，24例途中死亡；观察组患者经过有效及时的院前急救护理，115例安全送入医院，6例途中病情加重，3例途中死亡。两组患者的安全转移率和途中死亡率比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：通过实施有效及时的院前急救护理，可以有效的缓解脑血管意外患者的病情，减少途中死亡率，并提高抢救成功率。 　　【关键词】 脑血管意外； 院前急救护理 　　中图分类号 R47 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2016）6-0092-02 　　Analyze the Pre-hospital Emergency Care for Patients with Cerebrovascular Accident/LI Yin-li.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2016，14（6）：92-93 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the clinical effect of pre-hospital emergency care for patients with cerebrovascular accident.Method：126 patients with cerebrovascular accident who accepted the pre-hospital emergency care from May 2013 to May 2015 in our Emergency center were selected as the observation group.Another 126 patients with cerebrovascular accident who were sent into our Emergency center by their family members or others were selected as the control group.During the process，the cases of being safely transferred and death rate of two groups were compared.Result：The control group had 83 cases of being safely transferred，19 worsened cases and 24 dead cases，on account of the effective and prompt pre-hospital emergency care，the observation group had 115 cases of being safely transferred，6 worsened cases and 3 dead cases，during the process， the rate of being safely transferred and the death rate of two groups were significantly different（P0.05）.Conclusion：The effective and prompt pre-hospital emergency care can greatly relieve the illness state for patients with cerebrovascular accident，reduce the death rate on the way and improve the successful rescue rate. 　　【Key words】 Cerebrovascular accident； Pre-hospital emergency care 　　First-author’s address：Weishan County People’s Hospital，Weishan 672400，China 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2016.6.050 　　脑血管意外是临床常见的急症之一，通常是颅脑血管突发性的破裂或是堵塞导致的脑组织急
