Job Description 崗位說明書 职位名称：抗體偶聯藥物偶聯及純化工藝研究員（ADC ） 工作地點：上海 Key Objectives/Principal Accountabilities 崗位職責： 1.負責小分子藥物和抗體偶聯及純化的工藝開發和放大。 2.負責抗體偶聯藥物臨床前及臨床I 、II 期樣品的製備。 3.撰寫新藥申報相關資料。 4.負責撰寫偶聯、純化工藝SOP 。 5.負責管理及維護實驗室設備。 6.完成上級安排的其他相關工作並按要求提出工作報告。 Requirements for Job: 任職條件: 1.碩士及以上學歷，生物化工、製藥工程、化學等相關專業； 2.熟練的英語讀寫能力； 3.具有抗體偶聯及純化2 年以上相關經驗者優先； 4.實驗動手能力強及良好的實驗習慣，有較強的總結及分析能力並能解決工藝開發過程中遇到的複雜 問題； 5.具有良好的團隊合作精神，認真負責，溝通能力較強。 1 SHANGHAI HENLIUS BIOPHARM CO., LTD. Job Description 崗位說明書 职位名称：蛋白質分析研究員-ADC 工作地點：上海 崗位職責和要求 ： ? 1 分析化學，分子生物學，生物化學和基礎醫學等相關專業碩士以上學歷，博士尤佳。 ? 2 熟悉蛋白質色譜分離基礎原理；有抗體或ADC 檢測相關工作經驗者優先。 ? 3 熟練掌握液相色譜儀-質譜的基本操作，並適當瞭解儀器的日常維護和故障排查； ? 4 能獨立完成實驗操作，資料記錄和結果處理，並出具分析報告； ? 5 能獨立分析日常檢測工作中的異常情況，並能開展相關研究、優化工作，如開發方法，建立sop ， 方法驗證等。 ? 6 具備良好的實驗習慣，按時完成實驗室日常試劑配置工作，及實驗室的日常維護工作； ? 7 熟悉文獻查閱，英語優秀，能流利閱讀和翻譯英文文獻； 8 具備良好的敬業精神，團隊合作精神和溝通協調能力。 Job description and requirements: 1.
