Informed Consent Statement Survey on Media and Sense of Humor Thank you for taking the time to participate in this study. A team of faculty and students is studying ways in which media exposure and sense of humor are related. Attached you will find a questionnaire that will ask you about some of your communication behaviors, attitudes, and habits, and will ask you to report on a variety of preferences toward humorous media and situations. Please answer all questions to the best of your ability. You are not being judged in any way by your answers; and as this survey is confidential (indeed, your name will be removed from the front of the questionnaire), please be as truthful and honest as possible.
