We welcome our new authors to the casebook team. Stuart Meck is a member of the faculty at the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University. Stuart is the coauthor of a treatise on Ohio land use law and a longstanding author of books and articles on land use planning and law. Dwight is a partner at Robinson Cole, a law firm in Hartford, Connecticut. Julie is a partner in the law firm of Ancel, Glink, Diamond, Bush, DiCianni Krafthefer in Chicago, Illinois. Both Dwight and Julie take on teaching assignments, and both have published extensively on land use law. We report with regret the passing of John Payne, a longtime coauthor of this casebook.
