In this session, we’ll cover the Audit Trail enhancements we have made in this release. Finally we’ll explain what you need to consider before enabling these features in your business, and Best Practices Notes Slide 6 - Enhancements Overview Slide notes In this release training we’ll introduce you to the new ‘Audit Trail’ feature in Release 9 of Fusion Product Hub. This new feature will help you audit changes to Product Hub objects such as items and structures. ? You can identify the Product Hub objects that are of interest from an audit perspective. For example, you decide to audit changes to item structure component but not the item category assignment. ? You can identify the specific attributes of a business object for audit purposes. An example would be, to audit only the ‘Quantity’ attribute for ‘Item Structure Component’, but not any of the other attributes. ? You can choose to audit extensible flexfields as well as descriptive flexfields. ? System will log all the changes including ‘updated by’ and ‘updated’ time for the audit enabled objects and their attributes automatically. ?
