Supporting Documents Required for Application of Hong Kong Service Supplier (HKSS) Certificate (applicable to applications lodged on or before 31 March 2012) Part (I) Documents required for specific sectors Sector [Service Sector Code] Sub-Sector [Service Sector Code] Documents required Accounting, auditing and bookkeeping services Accounting firms [ACS] General documents listed in Part (II) of this Appendix. AND In cases where the general documents do not specify that the applicant has engaged in substantive business operations of the relevant services in Hong Kong, the applicant is also required to furnish other supporting documents to demonstrate that it has engaged in substantive business operations of an accounting firm in Hong Kong for the past 3 consecutive years immediately prior to the date of lodgement of the application for HKSS certificate. Copies of these documents should be certified by a Designated Professional (Note 1). Advertising services [ADS] General documents listed in Part (II) of this Appendix. AND In case where the general documents do not specify that the applicant has engaged in substantive business operations of advertising services in Hong Kong, the applicant is also required to furnish copies of other supporting documents (e.g. agency agreements signed with the advertising media, service agreements signed with the clients, or commercial invoices/receipts issued to clients) to demonstrate that it has engaged in substantive business operations of advertising services in Hong Kong for the past 3 consecutive years immediately prior to the date of lodgement of the application for HKSS certificate. Copies of these documents should be certified by a Designated Professional (Note 1). Air transport services Airport operation services (excluding cargo handling) [AAM] General documents listed in Part (II) of this Appendix. AND For contract management services, copies of the Aerodrome Licences issued by the Civil Aviation De
