2. Far away ( from )的用法
意为“离……远、远离……”

感叹句的用法
结构:
a. “what+ a/an+ 形容词+可数名词单数+其他!”
b. what + 形容词+ 复数名词/不可数名词+主语+谓语!
What heavy snow it is!
What bad news it is!
c. How +形容词或副词+主语+谓语!
How fast Mary runs!
How carefully he writes!
4. hide from 躲避,使……看不见(过去式和过去分词分别是hid和hidden)
5.by 在……旁边
★by、near与beside的区别
1.beside 比by表示的距离要远些,但比near近,有时含有“偶然地. 靠近之意”,by比beside语气更强。
2. near表示的距离相对较远,指周围,而不是指某一侧,意为“在……附近”。
6.as 的用法
作连词,表示时间,意为“当……时候,随着”。
★Anne read the letter as she walked along the river.(表时间)
I’m sure she’ll do as you like.(表方式)
As we’re students, we must obey the school rules.(表原因)
