摘 要 随着社会经济的发展，能源问题的日益凸显，建筑能耗成为全球关注的一个问题。一般说来，欧美发达国家建筑能耗占全国能源消耗总量的1/3左右，据建设部统计，我国建筑能耗的比例从2002年的27.6%已经快速上升到现在的33%研究方法有三要素组成： 研究原理——指导收集数据、分析数据的方法，并指导结论的引出；研究策略——提供实施计划的提纲，以解决研究问题；研究手段——收集必要的数据。 Abstract With the development of economy, energy problems day-by-day highlighting, the construction energy consumption attracts the global attention. Generally speaking, Developed countries in Europe and America building energy consumption account for 1/3 of all quantity the whole nation the sources of energy consume controlling. According to the ministry of construction statistics, our country construction energy consumptions proportion 27.6% already fast rose from 2002 to above presents 33%. And under background of economic accelerated growth and the improvement of the peoples living standards in economy, the energy conservation to the building is hanging over ones head. Therefore, we need to vigorously promote building energy efficiency, in order to reduce the energy consumption of building energy loss and waste. It is analyzed energy consumption in residential building of the Very Cold Region in China, the material on building envelope, building enclosure, energy-saving building equipment research in this paper. Through energy conservation of residential buildings in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region., it provides energy-saving technologies as the technical references. Research methods used in this paper have three elements: research principles - to guide the data collection, data analysis methods, and guide the conclusion of the leads; research strategy - to provide an outline implementation plan to address the research questions; research tool - to collect the necessary data.
