A healthy diet is one that has some energy-giving, body-building and protective foods every meal without too much fat, sugar and salt. Energy-giving food: food that provides energy noodles rice bread spaghetti chocolate Ice cream potato nuts Body-building food: Food that helps grow bones and muscles pork beef Barbecued mutton kebabs milk egg cheese tofu Protective food: Food that helps the body fight diseases pea bean cucumber eggplant pepper mushroom cabbages peach lemon kiwi strawberry mango Do you eat the three kinds of food each day? What will happen to you if you don’t eat a balanced diet.
