分类号：D738.122 学校代码：10697 密 级：公开 学 号：201020424 硕 士 学 位 论 文 MASTER’S DISSERTATION 英国委任统治时期的耶路撒冷研究 学科名称：世界史 作者： 连永亮 指导老师:雷 钰 副教授 西北大学学位评定委员会 二○一三年 摘 要 英国的委任统治在耶路撒冷的历史上占有很重要的地位，英国对耶路撒冷的发展起主导作用。随着国际形势变化，英国实力的增强以及其自身需要的不断调整，英国在耶路撒冷统治时期大致可以分为三个阶段：1917年到1922年，英国军管政府时期的政策；1922年到1933年，英国扶犹抑阿的阶段；1933年到1948年，英国寻求平衡的阶段。研究英国在这一阶段在耶路撒冷的历史，对于研究耶路撒冷问题的形成原因非常重要，同时对研究英国在这一时期在中东的殖民政策也很有帮助。 本文主要论述英国在不同时期对耶路撒冷实行的政策及其影响并着重论述与耶路撒冷问题的关系。全文分为三个部分：第一章论述耶路撒冷城市的沿革，具体包括委任统治的定义、英国在巴勒斯坦委任统治的确立；第二章论述英国在耶路撒冷实行的政策，包括英国取得对耶路撒冷的支配地位、各个时段英国在耶路撒冷实行的具体的政策及其原因；第三章论述英国的委任统治对耶路撒冷产生的影响，具体包括对阿犹格局的影响、耶路撒冷城市地理的变迁、城市的现代化以及对耶路撒冷问题产生的影响。 关键词 英国，耶路撒冷，委任统治，阿拉伯人，犹太人，耶路撒冷问题 Abstract British mandate in Jerusalem played a dominant role in the history of Jerusalem and the policy was re-adjusted in accordance with the change of British national strength and need. The mandate can be divided into three periods: the military controlled government period from 1917 to 1922, the period of supporting the Jews and suppressing the Arabs from 1922 to 1933 and the period from 1933 to 1948 when Britain was trying to strike a balance. A research into the history of British mandate in Jerusalem is very important to understand the Jerusalem issues and the British colonial rule in the Middle East. The dissertation focuses on the different policies by Britain and their ramifications and highlights the relationship between the two nations. The dissertation has three chapters: the first one discusses the history of the city of Jerusalem including the concept and the establishment of British mandate; the second chapter deals with the policies and the reason why they were adopted; the third one introduces the influences of the mandate on the conflict between Arabic and Jewish, the geographic change and modernization of the city and the issue of Jerusalem.
