河 北 工 业 大 学 毕业设计说明书 作 者： 盖梦林 学 号： 100258 学 院： 机械学院 系(专业)： 车辆工程 题 目： 轿车座椅的结构设计 指导者： 刘璇 讲师 评阅者： 2014年5 月 25日毕业设计（论文）中文摘要 轿车座椅的结构设计 摘要： 本次设计是对轿车的座椅结构进行设计优化，随着人们生活水平的提高，目前市场上的座椅虽然能满足驾驶乘坐的需求，但在乘坐舒适性、外观、安全性能上已经达不到人们的要求。此次设计的目的就是结合人机工程学原理，对当前市场座椅进行优化设计，设计出一款安全、舒适、时尚的汽车座椅。 汽车座椅的设计是在现在已有的设计方法基础上，结合人机工程学原理，将人体生理特性、心理、环境等方面因素纳入设计的参考范围。从驾乘人员的安全、舒适等出发，应用座椅设计尺寸和人体尺寸的关联，确定驾驶座椅的各项参数，设计出符合现代人的座椅。 关键词： 汽车座椅 人机工程 舒适性 安全性 毕业设计（论文）外文摘要 Title Structure design of car seat Abstract This design focus on the optimization of car seat structure. With the improvement of peoples living standards, the current car seats on the market fail to meet the requirements of the riding comfort, appearance, safety performance although they are able to meet the needs of driving and riding.The aim of the design is，with Ergonomic principles adopted, to optimize the car seat of the current market, and finally making it become a safe, comfortable, and fashionable one. Based on the existing design methods, and combined with ergonomic principles, this design adopted some new factors in to the reference range such as human physiological and psychological characteristics, environmental elements. From the point of safety and comfort of the driver and passenger, this design refer to the association of seat size and body size to determine the parameters of the drivers seat in order to design a car seat that could meet the demand of people living in modern times.
