热牙胶充填治疗慢性牙髓炎及根尖周炎的临床效果对比分析 　　摘要：目的 对比分析热牙胶充填治疗慢性牙髓炎及根尖周炎的临床效果。方法 回顾分析2015年8月～2016年8月在我院治疗的136例牙髓炎及根尖周炎患者临床资料，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，每组68例患者。对照组患者采用冷牙胶侧方加压充填合并洁刮术与甲硝唑治疗，观察组患者采用热牙胶充填治疗，对比两组患者临床治疗效果。结果 观察组患者临床治疗疗效明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组患者白细胞介素-1β（IL-1β）、牙龈指数（GI）、龈沟出血指数（SBI）、牙周袋深度（PD）均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 热牙胶充填治疗慢性牙髓炎及根尖周炎疗效理想，且操作简单，可显著减轻患者的疼痛，可作为临床治疗慢性牙髓炎及根尖周炎的首选方法。 　　关键词：热牙胶充填；慢性牙髓炎；根尖周炎 　　Comparison of the Efficacy of Warm Gutta Percha in Treatment of Chronic Pulpitis and Periapical Periodontitis 　　LIU Yan 　　（The First Peoples Hospital of Longquanyi District，Chengdu 610100，Sichuan，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To contrast analysis of thermal tooth filled with the treatment of chronic pulpitis and the clinical effect of periarthritis of root. Methods Retrospective analysis in August 2015 to August 2016 in our hospital during the period of treatment of 136 cases of pulpitis and apical periarthritis patients clinical data， which were randomly divided into control group and observation group， 68 patients in each group. The control group were treated by cold teeth lateral pressure filling consolidation clean shave with metronidazole， observation group were treated by heat the teeth filling treatment， compared two groups of patients with clinical therapeutic effect. Results The clinical curative effect of observation group of patients is significantly higher than the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P 0.05）； Observation group of patients with interleukin 1 beta （IL-1 beta）， gingival index （GI）， gingival sulcus bleeding index （SBI）， periodontal pocket depth （PD） are significantly lower than the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P 0.05）. Conclusion Heat the teeth filling treatment of chronic pulpitis and apical periarthritis curative effect is ideal， and the operation is simple， can significantly reduce the patients pain， can be used as the preferred method in the clinical treatment of periarthritis chronic pul
