玉屏风散对变应性鼻炎外周血清中NO的影响和相关性研究 　　摘要：目的 观察玉屏风散对变应性鼻炎（AR）患者血清一氧化氮（NO）含量的影响及其免疫相关性。方法 选取我院2015年1月～12月门诊收治的30例肺气虚型AR患者为试验组，予玉屏风散口服治疗1个月，以症状、体征和血清NO水平为评判指标，并与我院体检中心健康体检者30例健康对照组进行比较。结果 试验组血清中NO水平明显高于对照组，差??有统计学意义（P0.05）；30例试验组均未发生不良反应。结论 血清NO参与了AR患者的免疫发病过程，它可以为AR的诊断和治疗提供参考依据；玉屏风散能阻断NO的免疫作用，改善AR患者的临床表现，且无毒副作用。 　　关键词：变应性鼻炎；NO；免疫相关性 　　Study on the Effect of Yuping Wind Powder on NO in Peripheral Serum of Allergic Rhinitis 　　ZHANG Guo-qing1，CHEN Yu1，YE Huo-quan2，TANG Yue-ying1，ZENG Yi-sheng1，XU Ya-hua1 　　（1.E.N.T. The treatment group took Yupingfeng San orally for one month while the control group was not given any intervention. Taking symptom，sign and serum No level as evaluation indexs， compare two groups of data.Results The serum No level of the treatment group was evidently higher than that of the control group before the experiment，and there was statistical significance existed in the date（P0.05） when two groups of data were compared with each other again.
