摘要 就目前煤矿地下开采技术的发展趋势来看，综采无疑是现代采煤工艺的主要发展方向，综采的机械化程度也是衡量一个国家采煤技术的重要标准。我国是世界上最大的产煤国，同时也是世界上最大的矿难国，随着我国煤矿现代化建设的不断推进、综采工作面的不断普及，综采工作面的安全生产问题日益受到人们的重视。 本文首先通过对我国综采技术的发展和综采工作面容易出现的安全问题，如火灾、瓦斯爆炸等的分析，结合实习矿井蒋庄煤矿23600工作面的实际情况，指出了综采工作面容易出现的安全隐患以及预防安全事故发生的相关技术措施。然后，分析了煤矿灾害应急救援的原则和指导思想，通过对比国内外煤矿灾害应急救援现状，阐述了我国当前煤矿事故应急管理存在的问题，进而制定出了23600工作面灾害应急救援预案。 关键词：综采工作面、瓦斯治理、防火、防尘、水害、应急救援 ABSTRACT The development trend of underground coal mining technology of fully mechanized, undoubtedly is the main development direction of modern coal mining technology, the important standard of mechanization mechanized coal is a measure of the national coal mining technology. China is the largest producer of coal in the world, which is the worlds largest mining of coal mine in our country, with the continuous progress of modernization, popularization of fully mechanized working face, the issue of safety in production of fully mechanized coal mining face increasing attention. Security questions in this paper through the development of mining technology in China and fully mechanized working face is easy to appear, such as the analysis of fire, gas explosion, combined with the actual situation of the practice of mine Chaili Coal Mine 23600 working face, points out the related technical measures to fully mechanized working face safety and accident prevention. Then, analyzed the principle and guiding ideology of coal mine disaster emergency rescue, by comparing the domestic and foreign coal mine disaster emergency rescue situation, the paper discusses the existing coal mine accident emergency management problems in China, and then worked out in 23600 working face of disaster emergency rescue plan.
