Surgical excision of rectal cancer is still the main treatment.But in low rectal cancer patient with postoperative local recurrence rate is high,Anal rate is low, Treatment effect.In recent years,colorectal cancer neoadjuvant theraphy has gradually attracted much attention.This study use meta analysis method for preoperative neoadjuvant chemoradiation and implementation of the clinical curative effect of treatment of low rectal cancer and clinical outcome.
