掺Sb锗烯的电子结构研究重点.doc

摘要 锗烯作为一种新发现的材料，因与石墨烯具有类似的结构，故而被称为石墨烯的表亲。其在科研与技术革新方面具有重要的意义。本文基于第一性原理计算软件CASTEP研究了本征锗烯与锗烯掺杂锑（Sb）元素，对其电子特性进行了分析。 本文构建了锗烯和掺杂锑元素锗烯材料的模型。优化计算了其能带结构、态密度、差分电荷分布、布居分布。通过分析，发现锗烯仍呈现金属的性质，且与石墨烯的一样，呈现二维平面结构。掺杂后的锗烯仍为导体。 关键词：锗烯、锑掺杂、第一性原理、电子结构、态密度、布居。 Abstract Germylene，as a newly discovered material, is called the cousin of graphene because graphene has a similar structure .
