洛 阳 理 工 学 院 《建设工程招投标与合同管理实务》 课程论文 姓 名：王朝阳 学 号： 班 级：B090801 系 别：工程管理 指导老师：李永权 日 期：2012年5月4日 浅议如何加强工程管理 姓名:王朝阳 学号： 班级B090801 指导老师：李永权 摘 要： 随着我国经济总量的增加以及对基础设施建设投入力度的加大,每天有着越来越多的建设工程相关合同在签订,但建设工程合同管理是一项复杂、全面的系统工程，具有涉及面广、个体差异性突出的特点，合同管理的成败，将影响到整个项目的运作和最终目标的顺利实现。虽然目前我国的建设工程合同管理体系日渐规范，管理水平也在不断提高，但与国际先进水平相比还存在一定差距。本文通过对我国建设工程合同管理领域的现状分析，找出普遍存在的问题，并针对问题明确了合同管理的重点，运用研究分析的方法，从完善健康发展的建筑市场运行机制和加强合同双方内部合同管理体系建设两方面入手，制订出了具体的解决方案。提出坚持从中国国情出发贯彻项目合同管理理念，建立法制的、政府监督的、自我约束的管理体系，建立公开、公平、公正的投资中介市场，加大投资中介服务的法律责任，为工程咨询和项目管理创造更好的市场环境。最后指出随着我国建筑业的不断发展，建设工程项目的合同管理研究工作将有着广阔的前景和巨大的发展潜力。 关键词：建筑 工程合同 合同管理 Abstract: With the increase of Chinas total economic output as well as increasing the degree of investment in infrastructure construction, every day with more and more construction project contract signed.Construction contract management is a complex and comprehensive systems engineering covers a wide range, the prominent features of individual differences, contract management, success or failure will affect the operation of the entire project and final realization of the goal.Although current construction project contract management system is standard, management level also constantly improving, but compared with the international advanced level there are certain disparity.
