GUEST TICKET CONTRACT 乘客合同 IMPORTANT NOTICE TO GUESTS YOUR CRUISE/CRUISETOUR TICKET CONTRACT CONTAINS IMPORTANT LIMITATIONS ON THE RIGHTS OF PASSENGERS. INTRODUCTION : 说明： This Cruise/CruiseTour Ticket Contract (the “Ticket Contract”) describes the terms and conditions that will apply to the relationship between the Passenger (as defined in Section 2.f below) and the Carrier (as defined in Section 2.b below of the Vessel with respect to the Cruise or CruiseTour covered by this Agreement.
