Business leadership Leadership 领导力 is: -- the use of one’s personality, beliefs, values, social skills, knowledge, and power to influence other people’s thoughts, feelings, and behavior An effective leader is one who can influence, persuade, and engage their followers or employees to work hard, perform well, and feel good about their job.
