中小企业股权融资策略探析 11级工商管理（财务管理） 姓名: 学号: 指导老师: 【摘要】科技型中小企业的发展是我国经济和社会发展的重要推动力，对于提升我国国际竞争力有重要作用。然而，中小企业尤其是科技型中小企业融资难却是一个长期困扰我国中小企业健康、快速发展的“瓶颈”与“顽症”。资金犹如企业的血液，融资问题是企业经营过程中一项十分重要的活动，对于企业的发展有着极为重要的意义。科技型中小企业的融资主要需要解决两个问题：适合科技型中小企业的融资类型是什么；如何更有效地使科技型中小企业获得这种类型的融资。科技型中小企业的快速发展需要这方面的研究和分析，本文正是从解决以上两个问题为出发点，通过理论结合实际的论述和分析，引出股权融资是科技型中小企业的必要融资方式这一观点。在此基础上，对我国科技型中小企业股权融资体系和制度建设提出相应的建议。 通过进一步通过实际案例的解析，论述股权融资对科技型中小企业的重要性。从理论和现实的角度两方面证明股权融资对科技型中小企业发展的促进作用和重要性。同时，介绍我国中小企业融资现状，尤其是科技型中小企业股权融资的情况和存在的问题。 【关键词】科技型中小企业；股权融资；风险投资 Small and medium-sized enterprise equity financing strategy analysis Name: Student ID: Supervisor: 【Abstract】The development of small and mid-sized enterprise is an important impetus of economic and social development in our country, to promote international competitiveness play an important role in our country.
