略阳钢铁制氧站生产系统安全性分析（制氧工艺） 班 级：安全1201 学生姓名： 指导教师： 摘要：随着科学技术的发展，对氧气产品的需求量在不断增长，制氧企业的生产规模也在不断扩大。氧气的性质决定了氧气在生产、储存过程中存在着燃烧、爆炸等固有危险性，而制氧企业设备大型化、高度连续性、自动化程度高、高危险性的生产特点又决定了它具有许多潜在的危险性。因此，在制氧企业中实现安全评价是十分必要的。本文通过安全评价的相关知识对略阳钢厂制氧站进行安全风险评价，对生产环节进行系统分析、辨别其存在的危险有害因素，并对该项目的制氧工艺进行了火灾爆炸指数评价，通过计算该工艺火灾、爆炸指数，评价火灾爆炸固有危险性等级，最终计算出安全措施补偿系数、最大可能财产损失等。并提出相关的安全措施，力图减少制氧站事故的发生，避免制氧站生产中人的伤害，降低财产的损失。 关键词：安全评价，DOW，制氧工艺，火灾、爆炸危险指数Analysis of the production safety system of Lueyang Iron steel oxygen station (oxygen process) Class: Security 1201 Student Name: Tutor Abstract: with the development of science and technology, the oxygen demand in the growing, the oxygen production enterprise production scale is also expanding.
