基于老年群体特殊需求的城市公交站座椅设计 本文主要是通过needfinding方法寻找创意，通过创意定位目标人群，需求分析，最终基于该需求设计的一款帮助用户群体日常生活的产品。该课题选择的是基于老年人户外活动需求的城市公交站老年座椅的设计。 该课题从背景分析，资料搜集，用户需求分析到设计点提炼，搜集了相关人口老龄化化城市公共设施的建设，分析和总结了现在城市公共设施的设计原则和以后公共设施的设计发展方向，寻找目标用户群的需求，细分了目标用户群，建立角色模型到设计实现，经历了完整的设计。过程中主要介绍了needfinding的调研方法，在此概念的基础上，找到目标用户，并了解到了目标用户群的需求，最后在需求的基础上设计了一款针对目标用户群的产品。 经过调研和观察不同情况下中国的老年群体需求，最终选择设计一款符合该用户群体的产品—公交站座椅。从可行性角度，座椅加入了折叠的功能和可以控制的系统操作。控制座椅的方式是：一款老年身份鉴别的卡。该产品目前仅限于中国的市场（因为中国的老龄化越来越严重）。针对产品的营销，制作了一份简单的市场营销策略。最后希望这个设计方案和产品的营销可以帮助我们更好的实现我们最初的目标——帮助老年群体。 关键词： 老龄化，城市公共设施，老年群体，户外活动，公交站座椅Abstract In this dissertation, we found some ideas through adopting some methods. We decided the target group through the need we found, and then we researched the group and got some need of them. The subject is?committed?to design a elderly transport seat based on the needs of outdoor activities of the elderly people. This subject?experienced a complete design?process, began with?background analysis,?data collection, needs analysis, feature?points?extracted. The ageing of population of urban public facilities construction is collected in this dissertation. It analyses and summarizes the design principles of urban public facilities and public facility design direction in the future. Search the needs of the target user group, and subdivision of?the?target?user groups, creating the user?model, design and implementation. In this?process, it mainly talks about the needfinding. Based on the concept of the method, the demands of the target user group are found. Finally, a product is designed specially for the target user group. After researching and observing the different cases of the elderly in China, finally a product complies with the market chosen to design. From a feasibility perspective, a chair equips with an attached control system to allow the elderly access to a chair with their senior citizens card. The project is limited to the Chinese market now (because the situation of aging is becoming serious in China). To make prof
