教学目标:
知识方面:1、读、写、说出并且听懂old ,young 这些词汇.
2、 能够说出并且听懂How old are you? I am ten years old.
能力方面:培养学生运用所学语言进行交际的能力。
拓展目标:学生能够综合运用本课所学内容联系前面所学,对人物的各种特征、职业进行全面综合的描述。
教学重点、难点:
1、 使学生能听、说、读、写和正确运用词汇old young
2、 能够说出并且听懂How old are you? I am ten years old.
教具准备:教师准备录音机、磁带、教学课件,学生准备自己家人生活中的照片
教学过程:
一、warming-up
⑴师生问好
⑵sing a song “How are you?”
(设计理念:通过对歌曲的演唱,既对旧知识进行复习,又可以消除刚上课时的紧张情绪,同时还能为学习新知识作铺垫,更带动了学生学习的热情。)
二、Review the No.1
Show three pictures: Jenny’s family Lynn Bob
1.Lead the class through a question-and-answer drill . Prompt students with questions such as:
T: Do you remember our friend Jenny? Look ! This picture of Jenny’s family.
师生问答(出示Jenny的家庭照片)
Who are they?
Who is she/he?(point to Jenny’s mother and father)
Is he tall or short?
He is carpenter.
Is she a bus driver?
Who is she?(point to Lynn)
She is Lynn . She is Jenny抯 sister.
What colour is her hair?
Is she tall or short?
Is she pretty?
She is a student.
Who is he?(point to Bob)
He is Bob. He is Jenny抯 brother.
What colour is his hair?
Is he tall?
Is he handsome?
He is police officer.
2.Puppets
Pass the Jenny puppet to individual volunteers ,and introduce Jenny抯 brother or sister.
(设计理念:学生通过介绍Jenny’s brother or sister 来复习就知识,并为拓展学生的能力做准备。)

Read after the tape.

1. 教学old or young
⑴show teacher’s son’s picture.

(设计理念:通过教师角色的扮演,引起同学们的注意,激起同学们表演的欲望。)
Show the old man’s picture
T: Is the man young?
Ss:No, he is old.
⑵Drill
show some pictures. Lead the class through a question-and-answer drill .
